Our culinary team works with farmers and purveyors from the NC mountains to the coast to source the freshest, tastiest dairy, fruits, vegetables, meats and more. These local ingredients are then crafted into delicious appetizers, salads and entrees made in house and from scratch. Let’s not forget our refreshing craft cocktails featuring local NC spirits from Chapel Hill, King’s Mountain, Raleigh and Jacksonville. Heck, even our after dinner mints are from Boone. Eat local.
